Juanita Sims
With 8 years of experience caring for children and over 20 years in office management,
Mrs. Sims brought valuable expertise to the CDC two years ago. Her dedication to her family and grandchildren significantly contributes to her success in her role.

Terreese Triplett
With over 15 years of experience and a passion for working with children, she has been a valued part of the CDC team since 2012. She has a natural gift for what she does and makes a lasting impact on every child and family she serves.

Victoria McDonald
8 years of experience, mom of two sons, she joined us 2019 as an assistant teacher in Pre-K1. Two years later became the lead teacher for our Crawlers. Loves to be with the little ones and they love her. Enjoys crafting and antique shopping and spending time with family.

Alyssa Montelongo
Lead Teacher Two Year Olds
In childcare for a year, joined us this year.
The two year olds love her and she says "I enjoyed working with my twos since they are so energetic and excited to learn .😀"
Karen Davidson
PreK 2 Teacher
Karen has 16 years of experience and has been with FUMC-CDC since 2010. She earned her CDA and Lead Teacher credentials and now serves as our Pre-K 2 Lead Teacher. She has been married for 35 years and has two children and three beautiful grandchildren.
